SALON POLICIES

• Arriving & check-in
  We kindly ask that all clients arrive on time and with their hair ready for their scheduled appointments. If you are more than 10 - 15 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened or cancelled and you will immediately be charged 50% of service as a no-show fee. If you arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, We ask that you kindly wait in the waiting area until your appointment time.

• Appointment cancellation policy
  We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a $100 charge. We reserve the right to cancel any non-confirmed appointment at any time.

• Client/service refusal
  We reserve the right to refuse any services should we feel the service requested is not up to our standards, or may compromise the integrity of the hair. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any clients should we feel threatened due to verbal or physical abuse of any sort.

• Methods of payment
  At Tru Beauty Studio, we accept e-transfer payments. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American express. We accept cash payments but please be sure to have the exact amount as we may not have any change.

• Returns
  We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every client who leaves our salon is 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments to your hair. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind.
